We Care About Your Health & Safety

We feel it’s important to share the changes we are making in response to COVID-19 and precautions we already have in place, to let you know that your health and safety is our number one priority.

While we always strive to maintain the highest standards when it comes to cleaning and maintaining our hotels, we're taking it even further.

Please note that Lane County is requiring the use of face covering in indoor public areas. 

We are staying up-to-date on all of the latest developments and guidelines suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, our local Health Departments and other appropriate agencies. 

For the safety of our guests and staff, we recommend wearing a face covering when in our public areas, but we do not require it. 

We would like to share what we are doing with you, in order to provide peace of mind and ensure you we are taking your safety seriously:

  • Contactless Check-In: We are currently working on a contactless check-in process for our guests. Currently, we do have Plexiglass partitions to our front desk, for your safety. 
  • Sanitizing: Our housekeeping staff is regularly sanitizing all surfaces that are frequently touched using a disinfectant, certified to kill COVID-19. We are focusing on all surfaces in guest rooms (including doorknobs, light switches, countertops, microwaves, and remotes) and public spaces (terminals and pens at the front desk, stalls and surfaces in the bathroom, menus and tables in the restaurant, and more). We are also continuing to launder all linens and towels in hot, soapy water. 

  • Social Distancing: We are maintaining a six-foot distance between our staff and guests. 

  • Face Coverings: Our staff, including housekeeping, food service and others will wear face coverings, and we encourage our guests to join us. 

  • Handwashing: We have continued to emphasize and train employees to follow our strict handwashing policies.

  • Employees exhibiting any signs of sickness are prohibited from working. 

  • Amenities: During this time, some of our amenities will remain closed, including our pool and hot tub, until further notice.

Our Corporate and Management leadership teams are closely monitoring the situation and information from public health officials and will continue to exceed their prevention guidelines to help keep our properties clean and our guests safe. The health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority.

Fireside Lounge


  • Sunday - Thursday: 3pm- 10pm
  • Friday & Saturday: 3pm - Midnight

Live music is available on Friday and Saturday nights from 8-11pm. Our lottery machines are open- please check with the bartendar to ensure sanitizing between guests. 



"Grab and Go" items will be available at the front desk every morning from 8-10am There is no need to call ahead, just stop by!


Our outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are currently closed.  

In an abundance of caution for the health & safety of our hotel guests, the pool and hot tub will remain closed at this time. This is because the CDC/Governor's guidelines to re-open the pool and hot tub are very stringent and we simply do not have adequate staffing available to enforce the guidelines & safety protocols that are required. Therefore,  we have made the difficult decision to keep our pool and hot tub closed for now, for your safety. We're sorry for any inconvenience!
